eQ-3 Electronics Co., Ltd. (eQ-3) is a wholly German owned enterprise, the former company DJY Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen in 2000. Our German headquarter was founded in 1978 and has a long history and experience in ideas, development, production, sales and logistics for products in the electronic industry. The research and development team is constantly working to design new products, expand our product portfolio. Around 100 new products are designed and developed every year. As a manufacturing base in China, eQ-3 Electronics Co., Ltd. offers a wide range of electronics products for end users and the B2B sector. Currently, we focus on the development and production of smart home products. These mainly include high-tech products such as home automation devices, wireless alarm system, energy-saving heating controllers, weather measuring station, semi-professional charging stations, warehouse control and time recording systems. At present, our factory produces about 3,000 different products and product varieties, which are exported to all over the world.

As the business and market demand for our products is increasing rapidly, we had set up a production factory in Qingwan Industry Zone, Sanzao Town, Zhuhai City of China in 2008. Our factory has a total area of around 34,000 sqm including 5 floors of factory building and 6 floors of dormitory. At this moment we already have about 800 employees, and we provide enough space for 4,000 employees in our final stage of expansion. Our factory contains necessary functional departments, and we are equipped with the modern advanced manufacturing machineries and processes, including products developing, moulds design and making, precision  injection molding, high quality clean room spraying and silk screen printing & pad printing, laser carving, SMT, bonding, wave soldering, assembly and packing processes to ensure the maximum in-house production depth and guarantee the high quality. Our company has successfully passed the audits of ISO9001, ISO14001, VDS, UL, BSCI etc.; In 2017 we successfully obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Identification.

We provide all kinds of living and entertaining facilities for the employees with human-oriented concept. We provide comfortable and convenient apartment-style dormitories for the employees, and large and clean canteen to serve 400 persons in the same time in the dormitory area. There is warm and hot water supply in the dormitory for 24 hours a day, each dormitory has its own independent balcony, toilet and air conditioning and WIFI network. The dormitory area has ping pong room, table tennis, TV room, medical and rest room, internet and library room, basketball court and other sports facilities, etc.. The Personnel & Administration Department and Labor Union will hold various kinds of entertainment activities for all the employees in order to make their spare time more interesting. We regularly organize team building activities such as tours, barbecue, karaoke and ball games, and meanwhile we set up associations like company basketball team, badminton team, table tennis team, etc.
